“Thankfully, Jane Lowder and Max Coaching were employed to assist the Sydney Roosters in the restructure of their Welfare Program. Jane was able to use her extensive knowledge and experience to systematise a wide range of ideas into a dynamic and workable Strategic Plan for what is now the Sydney Roosters Player Development Program.

Jane’s contribution in formulating an accountable and measurable mechanism was significant in the Sydney Roosters being able to provide a vastly superior program, with improved service and content, to meet the ever-increasing requirements of their players.”

Individuals

“The guidance and advice you provided played a major role in helping me identify exactly what career path I wanted to pursue. Ironically, this role was the first role I found that really met all my identified criteria, as such was the first job I applied for, and here I am.” Operations Support Manager
“Jane is excellent at transforming vague ideas about future direction into concrete, inspiring steps forward.” Customer Relationship Manager

“I had outgrown my current role and had nowhere to move within the small organisation where I was employed. I had been consistently applying for positions and, for the most part, never made it to the interview stage and was feeling burnt out and depleted by the number of knock backs. Nevertheless, my 2005 New Years resolution was to give 100% focus on my career development and I set March 15th as my deadline. I realised that I needed assistance in my resume/application/presentation skills and a lot of support in maintaining my self esteem and morale.

After much research I committed to working with Jane from Max Coaching and found her advice to be practical, tangible and most importantly effective. With her help I was able to recognize both my soft and hard skill set and identify where I could best utilise them. After a lot of hard work, determination coupled with the support from Jane I was able to find a position which matched these skills and most importantly got me excited & energised again. And guess what? I resigned on March 14th! That's the power of focus, positive thinking and a great support team in action! Thank you Jane.” Facilities Manager

“Prior to commencing the career coaching program with Max Coaching I was frustrated at being in a job which I had enjoyed at times but mostly dreaded so much I did not want to get out of bed in the morning to go to work. I felt my talents were being wasted, and there was no career progression in what I was doing. I was also stressed out dealing with clients all day, and would go home and not want to talk to anyone, or would be snappy and irritable with my partner. Something had to change. I knew I had to leave my job, but as I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do I had no idea where to start my job search.

Career coaching with Max Coaching helped me to regain control and take direction of my life. Jane helped me ascertain my skills and interests, and set realistic career goals for the immediate future, and long-term future. She helped give me the confidence that I was not aiming too high, and that I had the skills and experience to achieve my ambitious goals. Jane also was very skilled at seeing what really motivated me, and guiding me in the right direction.

Within the time frame Jane and I had set for acquiring a new position I was offered my dream job. I’ve now been working for three months, and love going to work every day. Although I have to get up earlier every day, I’m bouncing out of bed every morning!. I’m using my talents to their best ability, and have plenty of scope for learning and career development. I feel like I’m in control and loving my job, and my stress levels have dropped immensely. Thank you Jane for your valuable advice, guidance and enthusiasm. You really have helped change my life!” Psychologist

“The process that Jane followed helped me to become aware of things that I didn’t know about myself even if others were aware of these things. It was a challenging but enjoyable process. I came to understand some of the out–of–date ideas I had been holding on to that limited my thinking and to recognise aspects of myself (skills and attitudes) that I had under–rated. All of this helped to open up new possibilities about options for new areas of work and interest.

Jane’s professional, friendly and supportive approach put me completely at ease and made it easy to think deeply and honestly about my career, my possibilities and my expectations. As I’m in my fifties, I hadn’t expected to be taking on a new and enjoyable area of employment that is a complete change to my previous work.” Artist (potter) & Aged Care Worker
