This is the 'just-in-time' coaching service for any career related matter, such as:
- preparing for a performance review
- planning the next step in your career
- building your confidence for an upcoming one-to-one
- assessing job offers
- negotiating a payrise
- mapping out a job search strategy and action plan (see below for more details)
Job Search Strategy and Action plan
After this one hour coaching session you will have:
- an outline of which, if any, studies would be required for you to enter your target profession
- an overview of any transitional roles you may need to aim for in order to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be professionally
- a clear set of strategies to approach the published and the hidden job markets in line with your goals, skills and experience
- a plan of daily job search goals for you to both achieve and limit yourself to. It may sound strange, but sanity and wellbeing are not well served by spending 12 hours a day glued to Seek.com.au
- a list of networking strategies and target organisations, individuals and groups
- an electronic workbook to enable you to keep records of all your job search encounters and applications so that you can stay on top of the who's who of your job applications contacts
