This service is available in person in Sydney only or by special appointment in other states.

Express Package

An affordable option for a personalised coaching experience.  Clients can select 5 hours of coaching according to what will best fit their needs and situation.

Options to choose from are:

Resume Coaching - 2 or 3 hour options

Interview Coaching - 1 or 2 hour options

Career Direction Coaching - 4 hours

Outplacement Workshops

Our affordable Career Transition Essentials workshops allow for organisations of all sizes and budgets to care for their outgoing employees, giving them access to the best of advice and information to assist the transition to their next role.

The essentials of the job search process are presented in an engaging way, with sensitivity and understanding. Our qualified and experienced presenters effectively assist in building confidence in participants to boldly approach the job market and manage their future career.

Career Transition Essentials Workshop

Duration: 3.5 hours

Topics: Job Search Strategies, Resumes and Interviews

Overview: We share the secrets behind successful resume writing, interview performance and job searching, including:

  • how to make your resume stand out from the crowd, particularly in a competitive market
  • what to expect at and how to best prepare for interviews
  • how to uncover job opportunities in both the hidden and published job markets

Career Transition Essentials Plus Workshops

Duration: 6 hour workshop

Topics: Job Search Strategies, Resumes, Interviews and Networking

Overview: We spend extra time on the two pivotal elements of a successful career transition; resume writing and interview skills. Participants immediately apply the knowledge and practice the skills they have acquired in the workshop. They will see an instant improvement in their resume and their interview performance.

In addition we address the important topic of how to build and maintain strategic relationships to assist in ongoing career management.
