New to Leadership – Achieve Success in Your First 90 Days

The first 90 days in a new role are crucial for leaders at all levels of an organisation. The new leader’s degree of success is largely dependent on the mindset they adopt and actions they take during this period.

Our coaching during the onboarding process facilitates accelerated learning of the demands in the new role, effectively assisting new leaders to make a timely, and necessary shift in their thinking. It offers guidance on effective ways to acquire strategic knowledge about the organisation, clarifies expectations and challenges associated with the new role, creates a clear and strategic new leader mandate and orchestrates quick and high impact wins in the first 90 days to achieve business objectives.

The New to Leadership Programme consists of 8 one–hour coaching sessions, held on a one–to–one basis, over 3 months at the following intervals:

  • 5 x 1hr sessions at weekly intervals
  • 2 x 1hr sessions at fortnightly intervals
  • 1 x 1hr session within a month

Executive Coaching

This is a tailored service for executives that is targetted at the specific needs of the individual at the time. Coaching is an agile professional service that is responsive to priorities and requirements of the coachee. We work with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and other executives around performance, leadership and management skills, relationship management and behaviour change.

We recommend 1 x 1 hour coaching session per month for 6 to 8 months, however targetted, one–off sessions may also be requested.
